Itinerary

After arriving at the airport or railway station in Udaipur, our representatives will greet you and transfer you to the hotel. We’ll help you check-in and let you relax as your drop your luggage in there. By the sunset we’ll head to Lake Pichola for an amazing boat ride experience in Udaipur and has become the main attraction of the city. The artificial lake was made in 1362 and has continued to be developed over the centuries into a series of contiguous lakes.

We’ll spend the night at the hotel in Udaipur.

After breakfast, we go on a full-day city tour in Udaipur. We start from the Udaipur City Palace, the largest Rajasthan royal complex, home of the old Kings. The majestic complex brags a large assortment of Mahals, courtyards, and pavilions. Take in the impressive architecture that adorn the corridors, terraces, and the hanging gardens. While at the City Palace, you can visit nearby famous attractions such as Amar Vilas, Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Krishna Vilas, Manak Mahal, Mor Chowk, Sheesh Mahal, Zenana Mahal, and Rang Bhawan Inn which brags a view of the lake.

Jagdish Temple is next in the list, built by Maharana Jagat Singh where people can worship Lord Vishnu. And then the Vintage Car Museum which is a bit away from the City Palace is a heaven for automobile lovers. The Fateh Sagar Lake is another main tourist attraction in Udaipur, a gorgeous picturesque spot, featuring the second largest artificial lake in the city.

And within the lake is a small island where the Nehru Garden is built on. This beautiful garden has a boat-shaped floating restaurant that serves a gorgeous city view while dining.
Saheliyon-ki-Bari is another destination we don’t want to miss. It is a gorgeous garden, popular for the view that features a lotus pool and carved marble elephants. Also known as the Courtyard of Maidens, this garden is a delightful retreat from the modern city, built by Rana Sangram Singh. Then we head to Shilpgram, a complex where rural arts and crafts are most dense.

You also don’t want to miss Lake Pichola, known for the exquisite sunset view. Take in the rare sunset view as well as the City Palace from a distance on your east bank with the gardens in the south. The Summer Palace “Sajjan Garh” also looks unbelievable during the sunset.

We return to the hotel after a fulfilling day to rest for the night in Udaipur.

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive towards Jaipur (400 kms / 7 hrs) enroute visiting Ajmer and Pushkar - major religious center for Muslim and Hindu Pilgrims respectively. We visit famous Dargah of Khwaja Muin-ud-din Chishti,Ajmer Sharif Dargah, the tomb of Moinuddin Chishti is one of the holiest places of worship in India not only for the Muslims but followers of every faith in Ajmer & World's only Lord Brahma Temple:being the only temple dedicated to Brahma in India, it attracts lakhs of pilgrims every year in Pushkar . Later we proceed to Jaipur, upon arrival check-in at the hotel. Overnight at Jaipur.

After early breakfast start for full day excursion to Ajmer & Pushkar. Drive to Ajmer (145Kms/2.5Hrs). It is a pilgrimage center for the shrine of the Sufi Saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti.

Visit the famous dargah of Moinuddin Chishti also known as Ajmer Sharif Dargah or Ajmer Sharif. Later proceed to the mosque Adhai-Din-Ka Jhonpara, commissioned by Qutb-ud-Din-Aibak, on orders of Muhammad Ghori, in 1192. Proced to Ana Sagar Lake - an artificial lake situated in the city of Ajmer and spread over 13Kms. There is an island in the center of the lake which is accessible by boat.

Ajmer also serves as a base for visiting Pushkar (15 km), an ancient Hindu pilgrimage city. Visit the various ghats, holy Pushkar Lake, Rangji temple, Man Mahal & Savitri Temple. There are more than 400 hundred temples in Pushkar but the main attraction being the temple of Lord Brahma, the only temple in India dedicated to Brahma. Return to hotel by evening. Overnight stay at Jaipur.

After breakfast checkout from the hotel and embark on a half day city tour covering Amer Fort, Jal Mahal & Royal Gaitor.

Visit Amer Fort, located 11 kms from the Jaipur city. Enjoy an elephant back ride (on direct payment basis) available only from 8AM to 12Pm. The Amber Fort Palace has four levels, each having a courtyard.The main complexes within the fort are Diwan-i-Aam, a hall meant for public, Diwan-i-Khas, a hall for private audience, the splendid Sheesh Mahal or the Mirror Palace, Jai Mandir and the Sukh Niwas, a complex that had natural air conditioning and this could happen because of the wind that blew across a water area built within. A popular attraction is a carving known as ‘magic flower’ which is carved on a marble panel on a pillar in the Sheesh Mahal. Seven beautiful designs are carved on it including a lotus, lion’s tail, scorpion, hooded cobra, fish tail, cob or corn and an elephant trunk. You will have to cover the panel partially with your hands to view each of the design.The Maota Lake looks splendid from the fort.

On return from Amer fort, take a photo stop at the Jal Mahal or Lake Palace of Jaipur. The most photographed spot of the city, and romantic boating trips across the lake will give you spectacular view of Jal Mahal in all its magnificent glory.

Visit Royal Gaitor; the intricately carved marble cenotaphs of Maharajas of Jaipur. The site is located in Brahmpuri, 15 km from Jaipur at the foothills of Nahargarh Fort.

Later get transfer to Airport or railway stations for your onward journey.
