User Agreement Trip Bazaar
Applicability of the Agreement
This User Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Trip Bazaar Services Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliate companies provide services to the individuals accessing or inquiring about any products and/or services offered by Trip Bazaar via its websites, mobile apps, or other customer interfaces including sales personnel, physical offices, call centers, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
Each party, Trip Bazaar and the User, is referred to individually as a Party and collectively as the Parties.
User Responsibility and Acceptance
By accessing or using any services provided by Trip Bazaar, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and expressly accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement. These terms will govern all transactions or service provisions made by Trip Bazaar and are binding on both the User and Trip Bazaar.
Trip Bazaar reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to any part of its websites, applications, or other service channels at any time without prior notice, whether for maintenance or any other reason.
In addition to this Agreement, certain specific Terms of Service may apply to products or services such as flight tickets, hotel bookings, bus or rail tickets, holiday packages, etc. These Terms of Service shall be deemed a part of this Agreement. In case of any conflict, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
Users must also adhere to the terms and guidelines provided by third-party service providers, such as airline carriers, hotels, cruise companies, and others. These may include fare rules, booking policies, and service conditions.
Trip Bazaar services are available to the User on the condition that they accept all terms and notices within this Agreement and any applicable Terms of Service, without modification. If the User disagrees with any part of these terms, they are advised not to use Trip Bazaar services.
Modification of Terms
Trip Bazaar reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions, and notices under which its services are offered, including pricing, without prior notice. Users are advised to regularly review these terms for updates.
Customer Feedback and Communication
By using Trip Bazaar services, the User consents to receive promotional communication through email, SMS, phone calls, or other means. These communications are aimed at enhancing the User travel experience by informing them of new offers, products, or services.
Users who do not wish to receive such communication may write to service@tripbazaar.in to opt out or manage their preferences with the respective service provider.
Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights
Content provided by Trip Bazaar including images, videos, designs, and text may be protected by copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from such content without explicit written permission.
Uploading or distributing copyrighted material without authorization is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal consequences.
